Quality and Improvement Policy

On-going improvement

Grupo IMO is continuously seeking to improve and achieve excellence thanks to a quality management system based on the model of the European Foundation for Quality Management based in Brussels (EFQM). In 2008 Grupo IMO received the ISO 9001:2008 and SEP certificates (Private Excellent Healthcare) of the Spanish Federation of Private Clinics (FNCP) as well as the EFQM C2E award (Committed to Excellence). 

Mission

The Group’s Mission is to provide comprehensive healthcare to cancer patients, based on the search for technical and human excellence benefiting from the Groups’ resources. We provide patients with the latest and most efficient technology to tackle cancer.
